 Many businesses did not survive the Great Depression of the early 1930s, but R.P. Carbone did. As the decade progressed and the economy returned to its old vigor, the company began to thrive with one successful project after another. One of the key projects of this decade was the completion of the Bolton School in 1936 - the first of over 80 school projects R.P. Carbone has been responsible for over the years.
