This district-wide program involved the construction of a new 112,000 square foot middle school and two new 61,000 square foot elementary schools plus additions and significant renovations to two existing elementary schools. To establish the scope of this program, RP Carbone assisted the district in selecting an architect, then worked with that architect to establish the cost of the repairs, renovations, and new construction required to meet the district's educational needs. In November of 1999, Alliance became eligible for funding under the Ohio School Facilities Commission's Classroom Assistance Program, and passed a $9.5 million bond issue for their share of the program.
