Revere Local School District
Goal: To assist the Revere Local Schools in
analyzing what exists today as compared with the preferred learning
environments for its students and community.
Planning:
Success is dependent on how well you plan to meet
future needs. You must respond to the changes occurring in education
as well as meeting the diverse needs of students
Planning Process: The process must be broad-based, open, and involve the
different communities, Board of Education, administration, faculty, staff,
and students

- Analyze the physical facility

- Met with all staff members including support
personnel such as food service and transportation
- Met with community groups from each of the buildings
- Using a problem solving tool, the groups were asked
to react to the master plan and provide input for the Board and Education
and the administrative team
