Properties of Denver, LLC developed, owns, and manages Phase I and Phase
II of the Shoppes at Chester in Centennial, Colorado. Located just
South of Denver, CO, this wonderful shopping center is located in a high
density residential, office, and retail corridor. There are six (6)
tenants that have enjoyed tremendous success at this location. The
Tenants are a mix of national, regional and local restaurants. More
specifically, Buffalo Wild Wings and FatBurger make up Phase II, while
Quizno’s, Tokyo Joe’s, Maggie Moo’s and Pasta Bella are in Phase I of
the project. |
